At Peptides Lab Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides and laboratory compounds. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we maintain strict guidelines on returns to ensure product safety and integrity:
2.1 Accepted Returns
We accept returns or offer replacements in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Items that arrive visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling (photographic evidence required).
- Defective Products: Products that do not meet the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order.
2.2 Conditions for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.
- Products must not have been stored outside of recommended conditions.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or had their seals broken
- Products that have been used, partially consumed, or reconstituted
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Products that have been stored improperly (e.g., outside recommended temperature ranges)
- Change-of-mind purchases where the product is not defective
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@peptideslabpro.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence if the product is damaged or defective.
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a decision and, if approved, return instructions.
- Ship the Return: If approved, ship the product back to the address provided, using tracked postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Approved Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.2 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered:
- Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery but within 14 days (at our discretion).
4.3 Rejected Refunds

5. Replacements & Exchanges

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
6.1 Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product(s) before further handling.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6.2 Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, or if the parcel has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@peptideslabpro.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this returns policy.
