Peptides Lab Pro ships research peptides and laboratory compounds to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States. All orders are processed from our UK facility with same-day dispatch available on orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday).
1. Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible:
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same business day.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
- Order Verification: In some cases, orders may be subject to additional verification checks. If further information is required, our team will contact you promptly. This may add 1–2 business days to processing.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions, customs processing, and local postal services.

3. Packaging & Handling
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure product integrity during transit:
- Temperature Protection: Products requiring cold storage are dispatched with appropriate insulated packaging where necessary.
- Discreet Packaging: All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.
- Tamper-Evident Seals: Each product is sealed to ensure integrity upon delivery.
- Documentation: A Certificate of Analysis (COA) and batch number documentation are included with every order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- A link to the carrier’s tracking page
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the My Account > Orders section.
5. International Shipping & Customs
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
- Peptides Lab Pro is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional duties or taxes.
- We accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments on customs documentation.
- Some countries may have restrictions on the import of research chemicals. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products being ordered can be legally imported into their country.
- If a shipment is held by customs, we will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee release of goods.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one available to sign), the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. Peptides Lab Pro is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@peptideslabpro.com.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- For damaged goods, please include photographs of the packaging and product.
- We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
6.3 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Peptides Lab Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@peptideslabpro.com. Changes can only be made before dispatch.
7. Signature on Delivery
For orders above a certain value or at our discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery. This is to protect both the customer and Peptides Lab Pro against lost or disputed deliveries. If you are unable to sign for a delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a collection point, subject to their standard policies.
